PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Maintenance needs are a normal course of apartment, home and condominium living. Since few things in life are indestructible, items wear and break. We ask that you care for your home as best you can. But sometimes even the best care is not enough.

We are here to assist you with your issues. Repair matters that arise due to normal wear and tear shall be handled by our office and you will not be financially responsible. However, for items that you may break, you shall be financially responsible for the repair and we ask that you contact us for our preferred vendor list. We can either provide you with contact information for you to schedule the repair at your leisure or we can schedule the repair for you but the appointment will be based upon the vendor's schedule.

Sometimes you are uncertain. In that case the Vendor will make an on-site determination as to cause and bill accordingly.
